At Mongolian Village Grill West, we are taking all the necessary precautions to protect the health of our staff and our customers. For us, safety always comes first. We have started our regular operations from July 1, but are exercising all the precautions. Such as we have removed our food bar, but we are still keeping “Make your own stir fry” through our exclusive menu.
We know that safety is on everyone’s minds right now, and therefore, food safety concerns are taken with utmost priority in Mongolian Village Grill West. We have made it mandatory for our staff to wear gloves and a mask at all times while serving. We adhere to the highest cleanliness standards in our restaurant. We are frequently sanitizing in all the food prep areas and dining places. And we thoroughly sanitize every table after every customer visit. Our staff is required to wash their hands frequently and wear gloves at all times when handling food. To exercise caution, we are giving away gloves to our guests who prefer to wear them. Also, we have hand sanitizer, antibacterial hand soap and sanitizer wipes available for all our guests.
All Mongolian Village Grill employees wear masks in the restaurant. And, we have set up a new patio, an outdoor dining area that can accommodate 25 guests and the dining tables are laid by keeping a 6 feet distance from each other. It is also capable of hosting a group of 10 people at the same time with social distancing guidelines. Social distancing is still our #1 priority. As a precautionary measure, we document every employee’s body temperature when they arrive for work to ensure they are healthy and asymptomatic to COVID-19.
In order to keep you safe, we have transformed our store from a food bar-restaurant to an A-la-carte open dining restaurant. We also have curbside pickups, contactless deliveries, and takeout options available. Online ordering through our delivery partners – SkipTheDishes, DoorDash, and UberEats, we want to make it convenient and contactless for our customers.
Also, as payback to the community, we are offering a 20% discount on our menu for the frontliner who has been fighting the pandemic since day 1.
